OVERVIEW

The programme will assist employees to consistently surpass expectations by going the ‘extra mile”. The approach used is different from the traditional one-on-one service provision, which may be mechanical in certain cases. Participants at this course are encouraged to link customer service to ‘people service’ i.e. focusing on offering service in fulfilment of their purpose in life.

The programme is based on a 225-page book entitled; ‘Choose to Make a Difference’ written by Seyi Wright, the Chief Executive Officer of Wright & Co. Ltd. Seyi, a former Chief Executive

of a bank with over 45 years of work experience including leadership

development and consulting experience will supervise and

facilitate part of the programme.

The book incorporates several real-life, locally relevant experiences

shared in various leadership sessions over the past seventeen

years.
